Delivery

Lyncost for Windows is a digital product. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your license key and the installer downloads are shown on screen. Nothing is shipped physically. If you lose your key, you can recover it at any time on the Recover license page.

14-day refund

If Lyncost doesn't work on your Windows 10 or 11 PC and we can't fix the problem, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

• Email darshantech@proton.me with your Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_) and a short description of the problem.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
• A refunded purchase's license key stops being recoverable.

Support payments

Voluntary support payments are donations to the project and are not refundable, except for accidental duplicate or incorrect payments reported within 7 days.

Cancellations

There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.
